Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached

  • Art must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or commissioned art

  • Final sale or clearance items

How to Start a Return

Please email us at tatubuny@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 7 business days for processing

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.
